Cleaning: Daily in B&B rooms with bedsheets and towels change every three days. In the apartment, cleaning, change of bedsheets and towels every three days. The final cleaning of the apartment and the rooms are included in the price.
Air-conditioning and hot water: All utility costs are included in B&B room and apartment prices. Each B&B room has its own individual air-conditioner. All apartments have their own air-conditioners except in Brunella.
Extra bed: In apartments and in rooms € 25 per night. Cots can be added free of charge for children under 4 years old.
Deposit: To book an accommodation we reserve the right to take a deposit equal to the cost of your first two nights. Deposits are payable via credit card or bank transfer when reservations are made, and are 100% refunded if you cancel not later than 14 days before arrival.
Cancellation policy: Your deposit is refundable, free of charge until 14 days before your scheduled arrival date. No show will result in a penalty charge of the full amount.
Tourist tax of the city of San Gimignano: € 1,50 per person per night levied by the city of San Gimignano for the first 5 nights (for over 12 year olds only). The tax is not included in the price of the accommodation. The tax is to be paid on departure in cash from March to October.
Pool towel: A free pool towel is included in the price. Every three days a new, free pool towel is available per person. It's possible to request at anytime an extra pool towel for € 5.
Pets are accepted on request, we charge an additional cleaning fee of € 10 per day per pet.
Dinner: We serve dinner from May to October, Thursday to Monday. The dinner consists in a 4 course fixed menu which changes daily. The price per person is € 32, not including beverages. For more information check the dinner page here.
Breakfast: The price of breakfast is included in the double bedroom rate.
Check-in/out: Please note that the check-in time is from 3pm to 7pm. If you think you will be arriving outside these hours please inform us well in advance. Late arrivals may incur additional charges. Check-out by 10,30am on the morning of departure.
