Take the best Tuscan dishes home with you! 

Join our cook Marisa who will initiate you into the world of Tuscan specialities. Classes for adults and children are available every day between 11.45am to 1.45pm. Once you have finished you can sit down for lunch, enjoy the view and the food you have just prepared. Courses are for a minimum of two persons to a maximum of 8 persons.

There are two classes:

Pasta class in which you will learn how to prepare two types of home-made pasta which could be fettucine, ravioli, gnocchi or maltagliati with 2 different sauces and a classic Italian dessert such as Tiramisù. The cost is 90 € per adult and 50 € for children under 14 years old. 

Pizza class takes you into the world of Tuscan pizzas, known for being thinner than their Neapolitan counterparts. You will be preparing two different toppings for your pizzas, as well as a dessert which can be either homemade Cantuccini biscuits, a local speciality with Medieval roots, or a delicious Tuscan-style Lemon cake. To make a good pizza the dough has to be prepared the day before and allowed to levigate, our cook Marisa will do this for you, and then on the day of your class she will be showing you exactly how to prepare the dough. The cost is 100 € per adult or 60 € per child under 14 years old. 

Vegeterian or gluten free options are available. 

If you would like friends or family to join you at the table after your course and share your food, they can do so with a 18 € per person contribution.
