Apartments - rooms in San Gimignano

All apartments and rooms have superb views across the neighbouring hills, where vineyards and olive groves mix with farms, towers and even a Renaissance villa. Patio terraces around the house have parasols and lounge chairs. We serve Tuscan dinners by sunset on the terraces.

Self-catering apartments in Tuscany

There are six self-catering apartments (45-83 square metres) at Il Rosolaccio. Each apartment has its own dining and cooking areas with fridge, cooker, cutlery and crockery. There is no need to bring anything from home as sheets and towels are also provided.

All the self-catering apartments are ideal for families or friends travelling together as they provide extra space and comforts such as sofas, armchairs and dining tables.

There are two apartments with one bedroom: Melissa which is on the first floor and Iris on the ground floor with its own patio. A third apartment, 1891 is also on the ground floor and has one bedroom in the large open-plan area which were once stables.

Two apartments have each two bedrooms. They are Ginestra which is on the first floor and even has a fireplace for winter comforts. And Brunella which is on the ground floor with its own terrace area and beautiful vaulted ceilings and arches. All apartments have sofa-beds and can sleep more than their nominal capacity (see price list).

Rooms in Tuscany

There are six bedrooms (20-30 square metres) each with its own bathroom and shower. Rooms have wooden beam and mezzana ceilings and are furnished in a pleasant Tuscan manner.


All rooms are equipped with telephones and room service is available on request. We serve breakfast and meals, and of course all facilities around the property, patios, parasols, lounge chairs, car park, and swimming-pool are included in room prices.
