

Tuscan Cookery Courses at Rosolaccio in San Gimignano
from 18 October 2010 to 18 October 2011 - At Rosolaccio we offer one to five-day Tuscan cookery classes where you can learn how to prepare some of the most delicious typical Tuscan dishes. The traditional cusine ranges from a wide variety of classical meat-based recipes to interesting ways of preparing vegetables in season. A "delicious" way of discovering Tuscany's colourful history and traditions. We aslo propose revisited traditional courses with new techniques for preparing and presenting dishes. The classes are given by professional chefs.

. Each lesson lasts 3 hours
. Lessons are in English and Italian, with interpretation as required
. All participants receive an apron and booklet of recipes
. Optional market visit, in which you buy the ingredients for the meal
. Optional after-lunch excursions to local wineries or other attractions by arrangement
